Payment
We accept U.S. Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, Visa Check Card, MasterCard Check Card, Checks (held 21 business days), and Money Orders. (held only a
few business days).
Shipping Policy
To avoid credit
card fraud,
we only ship to the credit card
billing address.
If you need
the item shipped to an address other than the credit card billing
address, please send us a money order or check. Credit
card orders are shipped upon credit
card verification. You may choose to print an order form, attach a
money order (ships within a few days), check (held 21 business days NO
exceptions) and mail it to us instead of using a credit card. Make all
checks payable to
The
Country Shed. We reserve the right not
ship to certain addresses no matter what type of payment is used.
If an
item is out of stock, we try to remove it from the site as soon as
possible. If for some reason we process your order before
we remove the item from the web, we will not charge your credit card and
inform you by e-mail. If you sent a check, we will return the check and
inform you by e-mail that we could not fill your order and your payment

Most orders are shipped
within 1-10 business days of order placement.
Shipping Method
We
only ship within the U.S. 50 States Merchandise is shipped
USPS Priority Mail, UPS ground, US Mail , or by carrier at our discretion. UPS
Next Day Air, 2nd Day, and 3 Day Select is available on most items at
additional shipping charges. See Shipping Charges below for details.
Shipping Charges
We
only ship within the U.S. 50 States. Shipping charges
are displayed on the shopping cart order sheet after you click the CHECK
OUT button. You can view the shipping charges for your order at
this time without obligation to buy. You can
easily back out of the purchase at this point. The shipping charge
you see on the order form is the
maximum amount
you will pay to have the item shipped anywhere in the continental US
including both shipping and handling charges for UPS Ground and USPS
Priority Mail. Since products may be shipped from
different locations (warehouse, office, or direct), it is possible that
more than one package may be shipped per order and may arrive at
different times. Again, the shipping charge shown is the maximum
amount that you will be
charged for delivery of the complete
order. Exception-
If you specify a faster shipping service in the COMMENTS section such as
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, ect. ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
will be added to your order without notice. We can ship orders
with these services based on availability. Expedited shipping charges
are non refundable for ANY reason.
If an order is returned
to us by the carrier due to an incomplete or incorrect address
that was supplied on the order form, we can resend the order once we have
been given the correct address and the additional shipping charges to
resend the order will be charged to your credit card. If the order
is cancelled or we cannot reach you to get the correct address, the
original shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. If the package was
delivered or lost due to an incorrect address or incomplete address
and
cannot be located or retrieved, NO MONEY is refundable.
Restricted Items
Some of the goods on
the The Country Shed
website may be restricted by Federal, State, and/or Local law.
The Country Shed does not, and cannot
grant the right or authority to persons to purchase items which may be
regulated pursuant to such laws. It is the customer's responsibility
to check all laws concerning the ordering, receipt, and use of the items
they order. You must
be 21 years of age to
purchase anything from The
Country Shed and
it is your responsibility to check Federal, State, and/or Local laws to
insure legal possession of such items in the delivery area.
Further, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 922 (D)(1)-(9), you cannot be under a
legal disability to purchase certain restricted items.
High Capacity Magazines
Below is a listing of areas that restrict high capacity magazines. If
you live in these areas, do not order high capacity magazines. This list
includes both a shipping address and a billing address, no matter what
type of payment is used. This list is a
guide and may not be complete or accurate as laws change.
The Country Shed cannot ship these or other restricted items to anyone
using a billing or shipping address for these and other restricted areas not listed. An
order containing a restricted item to a billing or shipping address
below will automatically be deleted from the order without notice and
the remainder of the order will be shipped. We do not ship disassembled
mags or dissembled mag kits to these locations. It
is your responsibility to become familiar with your state and local
laws.

Returns
All returns must have
a return authorization number/email assigned by us. Contact
Us to discuss returns. All returns must be assigned an
authorization number/email within 10 days
of receipt of merchandise.
No returns of magazines or clips after 10 days from order placement. Please include order
number, product description, and price
on all communications. Only unused merchandise may be
returned. Any item that has had the batteries installed is
considered used merchandise. All clothing and footwear purchases
are final. All returns
may be subject to a
minimum 15%
restocking fee. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE on returns.
Product returned incomplete will not be processed and returned to the
customer with shipping charges applied to your card without notice.
All returns must be placed in
a box to be shipped. Any item returned with a shipping label or
tape/packaging on the original manufacturer's packaging will be refused.
Stocks and any other and products cannot be returned if altered in any way
including but not limited to filing, grinding, recoil or heat marks from firing. RETURNS
MUST BE IN NEW, RESALABLE CONDITION- NO EXCEPTIONS.
Simply put, we accept
and refund returns in new, resalable condition including packaging.
Otherwise, only a partial or no refund will be issued or the product may
be returned to you at your expense.
Damaged Items
For
defective or damaged items, please contact us at office@thecountryshed.com.
Shipping damage is the
responsibility of the carrier. Contact us at the same email above if items are
damaged in transit and we will contact the carrier.
Warranty
Product warranty is clearly stated for many items that we offer.
This warranty is between the manufacturer
and the
end user. We sell only
name brand merchandise and we carefully analyze warranties before we
offer items for sale. This protects both the seller and the buyer.
Do not return any merchandise without receiving authorization. The
product may need shipped to a return center or the manufacturer.
Contact Us

contact for questions, shipping confirmations, problems with payment,
and all other requests. We are not set up to take orders or
questions over the phone. We use email only for
communication. It is your responsibility to provide us
with a correct and working email address WITHOUT SPAM BLOCKER. Failure to do so may cause
delay in shipment, hold on shipments, or cancellations of orders.
Please take the time and care to enter a correct email address to
expedite your order. It is not our responsibility if your
email address is invalid or if you do not respond to our emails
concerning your order. Any email containing inappropriate,
vulgar, or threatening words or suggestions will not be replied to.
Wholesale
We do wholesale to
dealers and quantity buyers. We do not maintain a wholesale catalog or

specific so we can get you an accurate quote and available quantities.

the end user and the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for
parts or repairs. Additionally, we do not offer a printed
catalog, just the web. We
are not set up to accept phone orders.
All merchandise is first quality,
not refurbished, new-in-the box, and carries the full manufacturer's
warranty. We do not have a storefront
location for customers to visit, just warehouses, offices, and shipping
facilities. Please use the BUY buttons, email, or US Mail to order from
us. We normally ship within
1-10 of order
receipt.
Some orders may take longer
depending on availability. You will receive tracking
information via email when we
ship. The number you got on the order form is your order number, not a
tracking number.
