These pistol grip forends are constructed of fiberglass reinforced polymer and will give a lifetime of shooting performance.

Mossberg 835, Moss 500-A forends are shorter than standard Mossberg 500 forends. Choate's forends only fit the Mossberg shotguns that have the steel tube in the center that the action bars are welded to. If your forend is held to the action bars by pins and there is no steel tube in the center of your forend when it is removed from the action then this forend will not fit your gun.
