The H & R Survivor stock has a 3 1/2 x 7 x 1 inch storage compartment that lets you store ammunition or survival gear.

The butt pad has a thumb screw that lets you swivel the pad to the side for easy access to the storage.

Choate's Store-Arm forend #19-02-02 (sold separately) has two storage compartments one 1 x 1 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches and one 1 x 1 1/2 x 3 inches. It has a thumb screw that lets you remove the forend to get to the storage and allows for quick dis-assembly of the gun.

Only fits the late model guns with scalloped end receives. Will not fit old receivers with tang.

Will Fit Survivor 12ga Single Shot

Will not fit 10 Gauge guns.

Great for extras

Good fit and always wanted one. Have a couple of H&R’s and can switch over the stocks for hunting- and carry some survival extras- like extra ammo fire starters and Paracord. Can’t go wrong with it and great price.

Choate survivor buttstock

Purchased this item with the storend forend and I am well pleased with this buttstock. The stock bolted up very easily to my H&R mod. 88 single shot. It mounts to the shoulder well and the ability to store extras make this a good survival piece of kit.
