It is THE CUSTOMER'S responsibility to become familiar with their state and local laws PRIOR to ordering. The Customer assumes all responsibly for ordering, payment, receipt and use of any product.
Some of the goods on the The Country Shed website may be restricted by Federal, State, and/or Local law in your area. The Country Shed does not, and cannot grant the right or authority to persons to purchase items which may be regulated pursuant to such laws. It is the customer's responsibility to check all laws concerning the ordering, receipt, and use of the items they order. A cancellation charge may be applied for orders of restricted items with a restricted billing or shipping address that are cancelled by The Country Shed. You must be 18+ years of age to purchase anything from The Country Shed and it is the customer's responsibility to check Federal, State, and/or Local laws to insure legal possession of such items in the delivery area prior to ordering. Further, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 922 (D)(1)-(9), you cannot be under a legal disability to purchase certain restricted items. Just because a particular item is not marked "Restricted Item" on the website does not mean that it is not a restricted item. It is THE CUSTOMER'S responsibility to become familiar with their federal, state and local laws. The Country Shed reserves the right to refuse sale of these and any other items to anyone in any location at any time for any reason. We do not export anything. By purchasing from The Country Shed, you also agree not to export anything sold by The Country Shed. The Country Shed cannot and does not authorize the export of any item at any time for any reason.
Due to policies, we cannot sell or ship outside the 50 US States or to non US citizens regardless of the shipping or billing address. Payment must originate from a US bank and ship to the original U.S. 50 states. Payment must be fully associated with the U.S.(No international addresses on checks, money orders, return addresses, freight forwarding, ect). Orders must originate from the 50 US states (billing address, shipping address, IP address, ect) We reserve the right not to ship to certain addresses no matter what type of payment is used. We do not ship gun parts to schools or colleges.
The Country Shed reserves the right not to ship to an address other than the billing address for cardholder protection at our discretion for any reason at any time. The customer will be notified by email and the order will be held until a response is received or the cancellation date, whichever comes first. This is to protect you, the customer.
Shotgun Magazine Extension Tubes
In some states, the same regulations that apply to capacity limits on detachable rifle and pistol magazines may also apply to shotgun magazine tubes. It is the customer’s responsibility to research the laws and regulations in their state and community PRIOR to purchasing an extended magazine tube.
Bayonets / Knives
It is the customer’s responsibility to research the laws and regulations in their state and community PRIOR to purchasing a bayonet or knife.
High Capacity Magazines & Mag Parts
Below is a listing of areas that restrict high capacity magazines and replacement parts that will include, additional policies set forth by The Country Shed. If you live in these areas, do not order high capacity magazines, replacement parts, or any restricted item. This list includes both a shipping address and a billing address, no matter what type of payment is used. We cannot ship a restricted item with ANY association with any of these locations including but not limited to address on check, address of bank on check, return address on an order mailed to us, post mark, ect. This list is a guide and may not be complete or accurate as laws change. It is THE CUSTOMERS's responsibility to become familiar with their federal, state and local laws. The Country Shed cannot ship these or other restricted items to anyone using a billing or shipping address for these and other restricted areas not listed. An order containing a restricted item to a billing or shipping address below will automatically be deleted from the order without notice and the remainder of the order will be shipped. We do not ship disassembled mags, dissembled mag kits, or mag replacement parts to these locations. This includes law enforcement, government agencies, ect. The Country Shed no longer sells prohibited items to law enforcement agencies or any government agencies in states, counties, cities, and municipalities (any location) that have enacted restrictive gun control laws against their law abiding citizens. The Country Shed reserves the right to refuse the sale of these and any other items to anyone in any location for any reason at any time regardless of what is listed below.
